Al-Qaddoumi: TREG will hand over the “Pearl Works” mid of Sept. 2015

The Managing Director of the Top Real Estate Group (TREG) Mr. Waleed Al-Qadoomi at the beginning of the current month visited Sheffield in The United Kingdom in which one of the projects that the Group has marketed last year is located and which will be handed over to the new owners in UK, Kuwait and Qatar at mid of the current month, Sept. 2015.

Al-Qaddoumi after inspecting the project and progress of work expressed his full satisfaction for completion of the project on time and the Developer’s full compliance with the quality of the finishing works and furniture that the studios were supplied with. Al-Qaddoumi has congratulated the company clients who purchased and invested in this distinguished project which is located at a distinguished location adjacent to the University of Harlem and is minutes away from the train station, shopping center and restaurants in the city. Al-Qaddoumi clarified that the developing company has signed for the investment of the units from their owners for two years in return of a net proceed of 8% per year, pointing that the rents and revenues will be paid to the clients each three months.

For the project, Al-Qaddoumi said that it is a studio apartments system suitable as private residence or can be invested as student residents. Al-Qaddoumi said that the “Pearl Works” project consists of 53 studios of varying sizes and their price starts from 67 thousand sterling pounds. Qadoomi added that the units are in accordance with the lease system and for 200 years.
